About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, scheduling medical imaging appointments, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
- Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing wait times and maximizing patient satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
