About the Role

Our team requires a driven leader to oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience as a successful store manager or assistant store manager in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with your area manager to identify and implement best practices.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for the store team.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful store manager or assistant store manager in the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive business performance.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a seamless in-store experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with leaders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software.
