About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team as the Manager of Mental Health & Disability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals delivering vital care to those affected by Mental Health issues and Disability out in the community and in their residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to individuals with Mental Health issues and Disability
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve accreditations and ensure care is in line with national standards
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care
  • Collaborate with the Head of Mental Health & Disability to achieve organisational goals

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar leadership role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in a healthcare-related field
  • Understanding of NDIS registration and funding
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current driver's license
  • Current and up-to-date relevant compliances
