About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team as the Manager of Mental Health & Disability. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals delivering vital care to individuals affected by Mental Health issues and Disability in the community and in residential facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving accreditations, ensuring the care provided meets national standards, working within company budgets, and continuously improving services. You will be supported by the Head of Mental Health & Disability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals delivering Mental Health and Disability services
- Ensure care meets national standards and accreditation requirements
- Manage budgets and resources to improve services
- Develop and implement plans, policies, and services to support operational objectives
- Experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s
- Experience in NDIS funding mechanisms
- Experience in the Mental Health sector
- Demonstrated ability to operationalise strategic direction
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Current and up to date relevant compliances
