Role Overview

This is a full-time position that involves working in a branch setting, primarily Monday to Friday.

You will actively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to identify their financial needs, utilize your product knowledge to help them achieve their financial objectives, refer customers to specialist banking teams, and coach customers on digital banking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively interact with customers in-person and over the phone to identify financial needs.
  • Utilize expert product knowledge to assist customers in achieving financial goals.
  • Refer customers to specialist banking teams (e.g., Home Loans, Business Banking) and provide coaching on digital banking offerings.
  • Achieve sales and referral targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in a branch setting, primarily Monday to Friday.
Key Qualifications
  • Banking experience is preferred but not essential; strong energy and ability to foster long-term customer relationships are crucial.
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing and/or phone-based sales role.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to handle varying customer needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance KPIs with exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
