Job Title: Project Manager - EV and Solar Expert

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating and delivering technical project work on our customer sites with a focus on EV, solar, and BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver project works with full accountability and responsibility
  • Identify and generate project opportunities from within a set portfolio of global maintenance contracts
  • Provide technical due-diligence feedback on opportunities in the EV space
  • Work cross-functionally with the broader Projects Teams to ensure internal alignment on timing, scale, and location of deployment
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor in energy projects;
  • Work with developers, designers, and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s)
  • Ensure the projects are commercially viable and satisfy the commercial terms of the contract;
  • Ensure all projects are managed through Company policies and procedures in relation to commercial activities.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in requirements of EV and or solar/BESS infrastructure installations
  • 2+ years' experience of delivering EV installations
  • Proven Project Management experience in a construction or critical environment;
  • Proven experience of running a P&L;
