About The RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and competitive Retail Sales Associates to join us during our peak seasonal sales period. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in selling shoes and delivering a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met while providing a positive brand experience
- Uphold the quality of our brand by achieving sales targets for shoes and related products
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain an attractive store environment aligned with Mystery Shopper standards
- Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to established standards
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Fluency in speaking Mandarin would be beneficial for communicating with our diverse customer base
- Previous retail sales or similar experience with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets within previous roles
- A professional approach to delivering exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships
- Adaptability and a growth mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Passion for product knowledge and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
