About The Role

ECCO Chatswood Chase & ECCO Balgowlah is looking for dedicated Retail Christmas Sales Associates to assist during our peak seasonal sales period in selling shoes and delivering a premium shopping experience. Do you have a drive to succeed?

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment
  • Uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
  • Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
  • Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
  • General housekeeping and store tidiness
  • Proficiency in speaking Mandarin would be highly regarded
  • Must be available during our blackout periods: 20th-30th November and 11th December 2025 until 12th January 2026
Skills & Experience
  • Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
  • Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Professional and committed to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
  • Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset in a fast-paced work environment
  • Be passionate about product knowledge and willing to learn
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
