Stretching Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Stretching Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches as well as leading guided group stretching classes.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Stretching Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized stretching plans that help them improve their flexibility and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and supported
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of stretch techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Base GX Qualification or Certificate III in Fitness (desired)
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate (desired)
  • Massage Therapy (desired)
  • Physical Therapy (desired)
  • Pilates or Yoga Instruction (desired)
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment (desired)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients and the business

Work Environment:

  • Casual employment with opportunities for growth and development
