We are seeking a dedicated care professional to join our team in Campbelltown. As an Occupational Therapist Contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives and helping them achieve their goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to make a positive impact in our community.
You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
- Offer support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
- Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Active ABN.
