Project Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team in Australia.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and support various projects. As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and communicating with stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document management, and correspondence;
  • Coordinate tasks and activities with team members, clients, and suppliers;
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including progress claims, invoices, and other relevant documents;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members, to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Assist in organizing paperwork, processing quotes, and updating orders;
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts and payroll information;
  • Administer projects to ensure a timely and efficient completion of the head contract and subcontracts;
  • Ensure all inspections, certificates, and other relevant documentation is signed off.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a project administration position or similar;
  • Regional work experience, locals preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner;
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and engage with community;
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision;
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
