Store Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As the head of the store, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving exceptional customer experiences.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in retail management to lead our team. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and make a significant impact on the success of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on budgets and KPIs.
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks.
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive the business forward.
