Job Title: Skincare Clinic Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide diligent attention to detail and multitask during busy periods
  • Demonstrate patience, superb listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain absolute patient confidentiality and meticulous record keeping skills
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Display high computer literacy and enthusiasm for learning under direct supervision
  • Experience with medical software programs
  • Typing skills and knowledge of Medicare billing and claiming procedures
Requirements:
  • Self-motivation and self-direction
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferred)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)
