Food Service Team Member

As a leading entertainment venue in SEQ, we offer a unique experience with a 300 machine gaming floor, Gardens Cafe, Eats On Anzac restaurant, multiple function rooms & bars, and a fully supervised Kids Club Room.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively, taking food/drink orders, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining safe food handling practices. They will also consistently prepare barista-quality coffees and deliver customer service excellence to members and guests.
This front-of-house role requires proven experience of floor operations, including cash handling, a decisive personality, and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as immaculate personal presentation and service.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has the opportunity to take on a new challenge.
- Demonstrated skills in a similar role
- Hygiene for Food Handlers Certification preferred
- Table service or knowledge of service standards
- Good understanding of Beverage and food offerings
- Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
