We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile.

This includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Following recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods and ensuring the highest quality standards are met
  • Preparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume
  • Adhering to food handling, safety, and sanitization standards at all times
  • Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant

We're looking for someone who is positive, happy, and smiling - able to provide exceptional customer service and add to the positive workplace culture. You should be an engaged and energetic team player - celebrating shared success and willing to go the extra mile to help the team.

You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with both customers and your fellow team members, and maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times. We also require the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
