As part of our Human Capital Solutions practice, you will provide Consulting and Advisory services to our esteemed corporate clients across various sectors, including Safety, Accident & Health, Life, and Workers' Compensation.

Our Workplace Risk services are continuously adapting to the evolving workers' compensation landscape, as our clients pursue innovative solutions in Human Capital. We are experiencing significant growth in our portfolio and are expanding our team to better serve employers in this sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement our national Workers' Compensation strategy.
  • Lead the placement of workers' compensation insurance for risk states.
  • Collaborate with insurer partners to help clients minimize claim frequency and severity through targeted risk improvement initiatives.
  • Manage critical interactions with Client Service Support, Claims, and our Global & Corporate and National Broking teams.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with Insurers, Regulators, and internal Brokers.
  • Provide executive leadership on key accounts both locally and nationally.
  • Develop strategies for the growth and retention of major accounts, including leading strategic forums.
  • Utilize industry-leading data and analytics performance scorecards to facilitate discussions on sustainable performance improvement.
  • Lead the development of an Aon United growth strategy with support from the broader general broking team.

Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a robust technical understanding of national Workers' Compensation.
