About the Opportunity

As a valued member of our team, you will receive dedicated programming time each week to ensure the highest quality care and education for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Child Support: Provide individualized support to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness in a happy, safe, and nurturing environment.
  • Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing professional and personal development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Community Engagement: Promote our service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.
Requirements
  • A recognised Diploma qualification by ACECQA or Working Towards.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
  • Effective workplace communication skills.
