Lead B2C Credit Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned credit leader to drive performance and process improvements in our dynamic B2C credit environment.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee credit collection strategies across residential and small business portfolios, ensuring effective debt recovery and managing relationships with external agencies and debt collectors.

You will also implement credit policies, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance and efficiency, partner with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to align credit strategies to business goals, and deliver accurate reporting and insights on credit exposure, risk trends, and performance.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading credit functions (credit risk, collections, vulnerable customer management) with a focus on results-driven performance.">
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and reports.">
  • Experience managing vendors/third parties and driving credit transformation activities.">
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability, with excellent communication and influencing skills.">
