The key focus of your role is the signing, development, and management of emerging male and female talent, as well as generating revenue for the Models business. Your responsibilities include meeting prospective talent, nurturing relationships until signing, collaborating with Development managers across IMG Models offices, and building relationships with secondary market agencies to develop Australian talent through international placements and travel. Additionally, you will focus on image development by working with photographers and creatives to produce strong test shoots and editorials that enhance talent portfolios.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Identify and sign appropriate talent (both traditional and non-traditional) for IMG Models.
2. Establish new customer and agency relationships for the Models team.
3. Collaborate strategically with colleagues in the Sydney office to ensure revenue and commercial opportunities are realized.
4. Work creatively on editorial and image projects to support individual model trajectories and uphold the IMG image within the market.
5. Identify emerging creative talent for collaboration with IMG models.
6. Coordinate with colleagues in other IMG Models offices globally to align on projects, business goals, and talent development across the network.
7. Maintain awareness of the broader WME Fashion business and its operations.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned.
