Kids' Program Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated team member to assist in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in their program. This includes:
- Supporting program compliance to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community.
- Engaging with primary school-aged children through interactive activities.
- Developing coordinator skills and taking ownership during School Holiday periods.

RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is passionate about kids, has a positive attitude, and loves to have fun. You'll be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A recognised qualification in early childhood education or a related field is highly regarded.
