The role entails working independently as part of our professional audiologists' team at Audika, where you will be responsible for performing hearing assessments, prescribing and fitting hearing aids, and consulting with clients from HSP, DVA, private, and insurance sectors.

You will have access to cutting-edge hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, allowing you to provide exceptional client outcomes and experience job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services tailored to diverse clientele.
  • Utilize expertise to perform precise and insightful hearing assessments for accurate diagnostics.
  • Prescribe suitable hearing aids and skillfully fit them according to individual needs.
  • Promote top-tier hearing services through local area marketing events.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • A wealth of experience in audiology and profound familiarity with hearing device products.
  • Qualification as a Qualified Professional (QP) with active membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
  • An unwavering dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
  • Empathetic communication skills to foster meaningful connections with valued customers.
