Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join our team as a Complex Needs Specialist. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, young people, and adults, to provide person-centered services and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to address complex mental health issues, including trauma and disability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team and partner organizations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and programs to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology and full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including mental health issues, disability, and trauma.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
