Portfolio Leadership Role

As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Term Deposits & Savings Product Team.

Our organization is at the forefront of driving Business and Private Banking strategy, with a highly visible 3-year transformation roadmap to deliver significant uplift to the customer experience.

  • Develop and execute the product portfolio strategy & roadmap with a 3-5 year horizon.
  • Provide insights, including tracking of financial performance and key product metrics.
  • Ensure portfolio readiness for major transformation programs, including strategy and process re-engineering.
  • Lead and drive against our platform integration & partnership strategy.
  • Monitor product and digital capability developments and trends in the domestic and international markets for target industries.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong product expertise in the Banking/Finance industry.
  • Experience in strategic functions with strong analytical focus.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Well-versed in stakeholder engagement/management with excellent communication and business writing skills.
