Clinical Lead Nurse

As a registered nurse with extensive clinical experience, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
This is a contingent position that requires onsite presence 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver routine, urgent, and emergency care
- Triage patients within the scope of practice and provide medical advice
- Perform various nursing tasks including blood pressure checks, weight measurements, electrocardiograms (EKGs), blood draws, and urine sample collection
- Respond to emergency situations and maintain clinics in a manner suitable for dispensing care
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must possess a medical license to practice nursing in Australia
- Must have a BA/BS from an accredited institution
- Must have a minimum of five years of experience working as a registered/licensed nurse
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff
