Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Guardian Nairne.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children. You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality early learning programs, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.

Our ideal candidate will have a completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services, prior experience in long day-care, and a sound working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF. A current Working with Children's Check is also required.

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy:

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Developing and implementing innovative early learning programs reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
