Our organization is currently seeking a talented Product Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative products.
Job OverviewThe Product Design Specialist role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Design Creation: Utilize industry-leading software such as Autodesk Inventor to create detailed product designs that meet technical specifications and aesthetic requirements.
- Project Estimation: Collaborate with project stakeholders to estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
- Product Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data for localized product portfolios.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers to identify product design needs and provide site commissioning supervision.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure quality and deliver products on time.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in mechanical design engineering or a related field is required.
- CAD Experience: Proven experience in CAD modeling and drafting using AutoCAD Mechanical, Creo, and/or Inventor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for successful customer communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
