Job Description

Our Audit & Assurance IT team is made up of audit focused people who are all pivotal to the successful delivery of our IT External Audit engagements. We are dedicated to support the evaluation of our audit clients' IT control environment. The team draws on a diverse and dedicated group of people, powerful KPMG methodologies, innovating capability and assets, and global resources to support our clients in achieving the right milestones. 

Your Opportunity

As a Consultant in the IT Audit team, you will play a key role in:

  • Delivering on external audits across a variety of industries.

  • Providing on the job coaching, knowledge transfer and direction to junior team members.

  • Supporting in-charges in the overall execution of engagements as well as the preparation of clear and concise data points for inclusion in reports to IT management and CIO's.

  • Passion towards delivering quality IT Audits. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Background in external/internal audit, assurance and/or risk (ideally with a professional services firm) with a minimum of 1 years' experience. US-SOX accreditation is desirable.

  • A tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. Accounting, Information Systems, Commerce or other), CA or CISA equivalent or ability to obtain a CA or CISA.
