About The Role If you like to work within a diverse and fast paced environment, enjoy liaising with a wide range of people and have a passion for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, this role is for you The Community Based Venue (CBV) Manager is an exciting role offering you the ability to lead people in a front-line service delivery environment. You will manage a facility and the staff and infrastructure resources needed for hearing and customer service operations This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and proactively provide management support including training and professional development for staff, managing hearings, facilitating dispute resolution between parties, be responsible for resource management, demonstrate data collection and insight skills and have the responsibility for reporting on facility issues, coordinating trades and exercise delegated functions subject to the direction of the Principal Registrar. The role also presents a unique opportunity to take a lead role in a crucial service provided to local communities. About You As a preferred candidate, you will be able to demonstrate fantastic people management skills, with a strong desire to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. You will also have:
experience in leadership and people management within a front-line service delivery environment
the ability to apply and provide advice on complex legislations relating to jurisdictions of VCAT
experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
