We have an opportunity for a Trainee Customer Field Technician to join our regional team based in Wagga Wagga.
Our Field Service teams are nbn's professional, trusted, and essential customer-facing workforce. Our Trainee Customer Field Technicians are an integral part of these teams, learning, developing, and building skills as they turn their passion into practice every day. They contribute to something important and lasting - a network that spans our country, bringing unlimited possibilities to Australian homes and businesses.
As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:
Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician

"designate, advertise and recruit women only for the role of Customer Field Technician Trainee in pursuance of its target to reach 70% women recruits in CFT Trainee roles and 40% women in leadership positions, and in support of its intention to increase the representation of women in Field-based roles to closer to 50%".
The positions are therefore only open to First Nations people and to women.
