This is an Executive Assistant role with Stryker, a leading medical technology company. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Vice President, Asia & Senior Director, APAC.

### Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, Asia and Senior Director, APAC
  • Efficiently managing expense reporting for the Vice President, Asia and Senior Director, APAC
  • Managing calendar scheduling for the Vice President, Asia and Senior Director, APAC, including monitoring future and recurring appointments and liaising with senior executives' EAs to coordinate meetings

Additional key areas of accountability include:

  • Supporting the Vice President, Asia by overseeing system access and monitoring emails, ensuring timely responses and relevant information is organized
  • Preparing, proofreading, and managing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings for the Neurovascular Asia Leadership Team, including liaising with other executives and EAs
  • Managing task prioritization and deadlines for the Vice President, Asia to maximize workflow efficiency and align with business strategic priorities

Critical requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in executive-level administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle complex scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and proofread reports and presentations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems with minimal guidance
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with senior executives, EAs, and cross-functional teams
