Our Business & Engagement Support team delivers comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Tax & Legal division, enabling seamless service delivery and contributing to the division's overall efficiency and success. You will join a fast-paced and high preforming team to support key stakeholders and their teams both within our offices and virtually.

Your Opportunity

Join KPMG as an Engagement Coordinator in our Business & Engagement Support team (Tax & Legal division), where you'll provide vital support to the Corporate Tax Compliance team. Based primarily at our Parramatta Square office, you'll also collaborate from our Barangaroo location at least one day a week, working alongside a dynamic group of client-focused professionals. You'll play a key role in supporting our client teams by managing the end-to-end administration of client engagements, from onboarding through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong customer service support to the client facing staff within the Tax & Legal division.

  • Leading the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements

  • Providing solutions to enquiries through your knowledge of the services we offer

  • Manage the intake, processing, and distribution of physical ATO correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal teams or clients in alignment with compliance and confidentiality standards.

  • Preparation of engagement letters, reports and other documentation

  • Creating and editing job codes in SAP and maintaining data integrity

  • Drafting and raising bills and client debtor management

  • Use of various Risk Management systems

  • Use of accounting software as needed to support the client facing team

  • Meeting set performance KPIs & SLAs

The working hours for this role are between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. There are a variety of shifts available between these hours.
