Mygration Pty Ltd has been engaged by our client based in Northgate, Brisbane, QLD, 4013 to recruit a skilled candidate for the following Full-time position: HVAC Technician (342111) for a base wage between $88,920.00 - $108,680.00 per year, depending on skill level. + Superannuation.

Position Summary
Mygration is engaged to seek an experienced HVAC Technician to work in commercial systems and servicing diverse residential needs. The employer can provide:
Commercial Expertise: Significant exposure, work, and training in Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF and other advanced commercial HVAC systems.
Diverse Projects: A varied workload across both commercial and residential HVAC installations, fault diagnostics, and servicing in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and multi-head units.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct system commissioning and performance testing to ensure optimal operation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
• Adhere to all Australian Standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and company vehicle.
• Accurately complete job reports, paperwork, and timesheets in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent).
• A current and clean Driver’s Licence.
• Proven experience of at least 1 year of full-time work experience as an HVAC Technician, with strong skills in installation, servicing, and fault-finding.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
