As a Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the client journey — supporting organisations as they onboard and engage with the Trellis platform. You’ll lead training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships that ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You’ll also act as the voice of the customer within our business, helping the product and tech teams understand user needs. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a friendly, mission-driven team, this is the role for you.

- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation
- Run training sessions and support resources
- Monitor customer engagement and usage
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with support or tech teams
- Build relationships and drive retention
- Collect feedback and share insights with the team

What We Are Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable learning and using digital platforms
- Interest in ESG, sustainability, or software a plus
