We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and agile Senior Application Support Analyst to take ownership of enterprise software applications, providing exceptional L2-3 support across the Metricon group.
Your responsibilities will include: Provide high-level technical, functional and support for a range of enterprise applications including such as CRM, Operations & ERP, payroll, HR, and more ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shell scripting, SharePoint and databases like SQL.Ensure business systems, products and dependencies are optimally designed, configured and kept updated.Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues and improve system stability.Monitor Software license compliance and assign user access.Develop relationships with vendors and application support to manage resolution and business outcomes.Document regular maintenance and support tasking in the IT knowledge base.Develop systems procedural and training material and conduct training sessions.End user support and troubleshooting using ITSM and service desk management tools to manage change, incidents and streamline workflows.Be a technical resource in the coordination & implementation of a diverse range of business systems and applications on premises and in the cloud.Collaborate with internal teams, promote knowledge-sharing, and report performance.

The successful candidate will have:
ESSENTIAL:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a production support role as both Level 2 – 3 technical solution specialists
* Experience with a wide range of enterprise applications, CRM, operational and financial systems
* Strong familiarity with database technologies like SQL, Shell scripting and Sharepoint
* Experience with service management methodologies and tools such as JIRA
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with production monitoring tools and performing root cause analysis to identify solutions to technical challenges
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver high-quality client service
DESIRABLE:
* ITIL Certification
* Working Knowledge of DevOps and Agile Delivery practices
* Understanding of extending and configuring COTS software platforms like SharePoint, PowerApps, Dynamics CRM
* Understanding of Observability tools. (NewRelic, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch etc)
* Familiarity in supporting Integration Technology (i.e. AWS Simple Queue Service, BizTalk or Mulesoft)
