Our tech stack includes Next.js, Elixir, LiveView, Typescript, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, GCP, and AWS.

You have

- Startup DNA: You're adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and have proven experience building scalable internal platforms and tooling at senior levels in fast-growing companies.
- Strong technical foundation: 5+ years of commercial software development experience with deep expertise in Elixir and Cloud Infrastructure (GCP strongly preferred, AWS also valuable).
- Platform engineering expertise: Experience building internal tools, developer productivity platforms, and infrastructure optimization solutions that enable teams to work more efficiently.
- Performance optimization: Proven track record of database optimization, application performance tuning, and infrastructure stability improvements in production environments.
- Technical leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers, leading technical decisions, and driving architectural discussions in a collaborative environment.
- Innovation mindset: You're passionate about developer experience, engineering productivity, and solving complex infrastructure challenges that enable rapid product development.
- Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies.

You will

- Build and maintain internal platform tools that enhance CSM and Sales team productivity, making our product more effective for daily operations.
- Develop and improve engineering productivity tools including enhanced unit testing frameworks, automated deployment processes, and developer workflow optimization.
- Monitor, optimize, and stabilize our infrastructure including database performance tuning, application optimization, and server reliability improvements.
- Work collaboratively with product teams to understand internal tool requirements and deliver solutions that streamline business operations.
- Challenge the status quo and implement innovative platform solutions that scale with our rapid growth.
- Lead technical initiatives that improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability across our entire technology stack.
- Review other team members' code and platform designs, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency.
