Store Manager – SABA Birkenhead Point

About the Role

Reporting to the State/Regional Manager, the Store Manager assists the Manager in maximising store performance through team management, sales, visual merchandising and expense control while focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.

About You

- At least 2 years’ retail management experience in a high‑end or premium retail environment

- Demonstrated experience driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Proven ability and passion to lead, coach and motivate a team in a fast‑paced retail environment

- Results‑driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem‑solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations

- Love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation

- Flexible and innovative approach to reacting positively to changing work demands

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer‑focused service, telling the brand’s story of authenticity and confidence.

- Manage budgets, interpret financial reports and create efficient rosters.

- Drive team performance, productivity and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth.

- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.

- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.
