We’re looking for a Platform Product Owner to lead the Salesforce ecosystem supporting the Commercial Insurance Tribe. This role focuses on centralised customer data, platform lifecycle management, and strategic delivery. You’ll guide a Salesforce squad, manage vendor relationships, and ensure platform excellence across architecture, governance, and integration.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the Salesforce Commercial Insurance platform squad to deliver strategic initiatives, enhancements, and BAU support aligned with business priorities.
- Translate Commercial Insurance Tribe goals into actionable work, owning the backlog and removing delivery blockers.
- Drive platform roadmap execution, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and customer experience goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party tools (e.g., DocuSign, RIVA, Marketing Cloud), ensuring integration and compliance.
- Oversee platform governance, DevOps practices, and lifecycle management including license utilisation and documentation.
- Advocate for platform needs in strategic forums, ensuring prioritisation and alignment with organisational goals.

What You’ll Bring

- Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years in platform management or product ownership.
- Proven leadership in Salesforce delivery across complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Lightning platform, and integration methods.
- Experience managing centralised customer data and driving platform simplification.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and navigating competing priorities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and support compelling business cases.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., APRA CPS 234) and ITIL-aligned service management.
