Applejack Hospitality is looking for a new Restaurant Manager to join our family.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors, you will be responsible for all day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and its staff, and be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.

To be a successful candidate, you will need the ability to lead and work in a small team, have great customer service skills and at least 2 years of experience managing in a busy restaurant. You should also be:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.

- Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic when speaking with guests and colleagues.

- Sound in financial and business acumen.

- Capable of working under pressure.

- Able to keep your team motivated and exceeding all KPIs.

- Flexible with rosters.

- Gregarious with a touch of sophistication.

Remuneration is negotiable and will reflect your skills and the level of experience you bring. We pay above award for full‑time and casual employees and expect generous tips and incentives for all.

Benefits & Rewards:

- Starting salary – $77,000 based on experience for Managers.

- $85,000 to $110,000+ for General/Senior Managers.
