What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading floor operations with confidence, warmth, and precision
- Welcoming and managing guest flow as lead host—using SevenRooms to oversee reservations and service pacing
- Supporting, mentoring and energising a close-knit front-of-house team
- Collaborating with management to improve systems, service and team culture
- Representing the Apollo brand—stylish, reliable, local-minded, and globally aware
