An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Retailer to become a Joint Venture Partner across two well-established stores in Chirnside Park and Lilydale, VIC. These stores have a combined team of 43 dedicated members and a large, loyal customer base.

Location and Stores

Located at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, Chirnside Park and Lilydale offer a perfect blend of leafy tranquillity and modern convenience, just 35km from Melbourne’s CBD. With easy access via the Maroondah Highway and Lilydale train line, commuting to the city is straightforward while still enjoying the charm of outer-suburban living. The nearby Yarra Ranges offer weekend escapes, wineries, and outdoor adventures. Chirnside Park and Lilydale provide a peaceful residential feel, strong community vibe, and a seamless connection to both nature and the city.

Our Chirnside Park store, opened in 2009, is located in Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. This retail hub features over 110 specialty stores and is anchored by Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Kmart and Target. The store is 242sqm with 6 optical test rooms, a dedicated audiology room and 10 dispense desks.

Specsavers Lilydale opened in 2013 and is located in Lilydale Marketplace, home to 54 specialty stores with major retailers including Woolworths, Aldi and Big W. The store is 150sqm with 4 optical test rooms and 5 dispense desks. Both stores boast state-of-the-art equipment including OCT, display of over 1,000 frames, and accessible parking.

Opportunity and Responsibilities

This opportunity offers the successful candidate to experience a variety of pathology and make a positive impact on their local community as a joint venture partner across both stores. Responsibilities include leading store performance, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving customer-focused outcomes in partnership with Specsavers.
