Your new role
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will take ownership of key projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:


Coordinating internal resources and external vendors for seamless project delivery


Managing scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget


Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress using project management tools


Leading client communications, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations


Performing risk management and resolving issues to minimise project risks


Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting in line with contractual obligations


Driving continuous improvement and applying leadership skills throughout the project lifecycle


What you'll need to succeed
The following will be highly regarded:


Proven track record of being part of successfully delivered projects


Experience working within the Queensland market and understanding local regulations


Exposure to high-value, complex projects


Strong communication skills and a professional approach


Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software


Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability


Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads effectively


Experience in Contracts Administration or acting as Superintendent
