The Role- We are looking for Sales Assistants with at least 2 years of experience working in a high volume, disciplined retailer environment.
- Strong merchandising skills and a customer-centric focus are essential.
- You must be highly motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Casual Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service and making sales.
- Supporting stock management and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Lifting heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food) as required.
- Reliability and a commitment to meeting high standards.
- Flexibility regarding working days and hours.
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
- Determination to succeed and achieve results.
- Commitment to the care and welfare of pets.
