About the RoleWe are seeking Sales Assistants to join our team on a casual basis in our Bunbury store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high levels of product knowledge and being able to communicate this effectively to customers
- Driving sales growth through effective merchandising and sales techniques
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
- At least 2 years' experience working in a high-volume, disciplined retail environment
- Strong merchandising skills and ability to maintain a high level of visual appeal in-store
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a real focus on customer service and making sales
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels, including with colleagues, managers, and customers
- Determination to succeed and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- An eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
