Role Overview:
As a Bottling Line Operator, you will be a pivotal member of our production team, responsible for the efficient operation and optimization of our production lines. This role demands a proactive and skilled individual capable of managing line operations, ensuring superior quality, and contributing to overall production efficiency. You will also be certified to operate a forklift, facilitating the safe and effective movement of materials and finished products within our dynamic production environment. This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Operation: Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot bottling lines to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. This includes performing basic change‑overs and comprehensive cleaning procedures.
- Quality Control & Support: Implement rigorous quality checks, package products securely, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift for moving materials, loading/unloading, and supporting production logistics.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a production operator role within a manufacturing or similar environment, with a strong understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
- Forklift Licence: Current forklift licence with a demonstrated history of safe operation in production or warehouse settings.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months, working 4‑5 days per week, with flexibility for production demands.
- Immediate Start: Ready to integrate into our team as soon as possible.
- Physical Aptitude: This demanding role requires regular lifting, standing, and movement; therefore, excellent physical health is essential.
- Reliable Transport: Must possess a valid driver's licence and reliable personal transportation.
- Proximity: Residing within commuting distance to the Yarra Valley.
