As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Investment Associate/Analyst to join our sector-leading Investment Management team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

In this broad and influential role, you will lead core day-to-day activities across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis to asset management and investor engagement. The key responsibilities have been listed below.

1. Strategy Development

- Contribute to the organisation’s broader investment strategy
- Lead research and analysis on markets, trends, and opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and review financial models, cashflows, and investment feasibilities
- Support the assessment of new investment and development opportunities
- Build strong relationships with finance, development, and operations to ensure alignment

2. Strategy Execution

- Support and lead the execution of real estate transactions
- Assist with equity and debt capital raising activities
- Coordinate with internal and external experts (tax, legal, HR, advisors) to deliver transactions smoothly
- Prepare documentation and analysis to support investment decisions

3. Leadership

- Guide and mentor team members, including an Investment Analyst
- Support capability development and succession planning within the team
- Promote best practice in modelling, research, reporting, and documentation
- Develop and document key processes and ensure knowledge transfer across the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

4. Stakeholder Engagement

- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective investors
- Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders across finance, development, and operations
- Support investor communications, reporting, and information requests
- Proactively identify opportunities or issues across the investment portfolio

Knowledge, Skills,and Experience:

- 4–5+ years in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capability
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Understanding of real estate investment or development (advantageous)
