Your Role

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our bustling operations. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Lead with Flair: Take the helm of daily Food and Beverage operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest is delighted.

- Drive Excellence: Maximize financial performance across all our outlets, from Catering & Events to Five Islands Restaurant and beyond.

- Craft Unforgettable Events: Collaborate with our C&E team and Executive Chef to create spectacular events that leave a lasting impression.

- Innovate and Inspire: Develop and refine operating procedures and service standards to keep us at the top of our game.

- Manage with Precision: Oversee budgets, expenses, and rostering to keep everything running like clockwork.

- Build a Dream Team: Foster a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere where everyone works together to achieve success.

What We’re Looking For

- Leadership: Proven experience in a team leadership or management role within a vibrant Food and Beverage environment.

- Event Expertise: Experience in event management and banquet operations, with a knack for creativity.

- Financial Savvy: Ability to manage costs effectively and ensure profitability.

- Flexibility: Willingness to be hands-on during peak service periods and tackle challenges with a positive attitude.

- Inspiration: Motivated to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Legal Requirements: Must have unrestricted legal working rights within Australia.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
