About the role
The eLearning Manager leads the strategic implementation and operational support of the College’s eLearning platform, ensuring alignment with South Metropolitan TAFE’s eLearning strategy and related policies and procedures and compliance with relevant standards.
This role provides leadership for driving innovation in digital learning design and delivery, and for building staff capability in flexible and technology-enhanced teaching practices.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, the eLearning Manager provides expert guidance on learning technologies, oversees the development of high-quality digital learning resources, and contributes to policy and procedure development. Through leadership, consultation, and continuous improvement, the role supports the College’s commitment to accessible, engaging, and future-focused education.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in leading and delivering capability development initiatives that build staff proficiency in technology-enhanced learning and contemporary teaching practices and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult effectively and build strong relationships. The successful candidate will also be proficient with learning technologies and business software, including learning management systems, the Microsoft 365 suite, and digital publishing tools.
