As a Service Coordinator at BET Group Global, a registered NDIS provider, you'll be the critical interface between the organisation and participants, ensuring a participant-focused, holistic approach to service delivery. In this contract position, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a culture that promotes choice, control, and the wellbeing of the people we support.

Empower Participants to Live Meaningful Lives.Utilise a person-centered approach to communicate with participants and their families, identify individual goals and support needs, and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services.

Preferred Requirements:

- Utilise a person-centred and active support approach to ensure consistently high-quality participant services throughout their journey with BET Group Global.
- Mentor, train, and advise Area Supervisors and Senior/Support Workers to uphold ethical and professional standards in participant care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded, maximizing participant satisfaction.
- Coordinate intake and exit processes, maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation and records to support participant care.
