Overview
A well established Aged Care facility requires Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s) to work on a casual basis with the view to permanency. The successful candidates must be flexible and available to work in all areas including the Dementia specific units.
Responsibilities
- Providing clients with help they require to accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom
- Building relationships with clients by creating personal connections and taking an interest in their live
- Maintaining care records and administration in accordance with company policy
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support - Aging
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Clear and current National Police Check
