Overview

We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting and play a key role in shaping business performance. This role suits someone who enjoys partnering with leaders across the organisation, improving processes and providing the insight needed for smart decision-making.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for leading management reporting, supporting project forecasting and strengthening systems and controls. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, ensuring the numbers tell a clear story and opportunities for improvement are identified and delivered.

Responsibilities

- Taking ownership of monthly management reports and forecasts.
- Providing financial insight and guidance to operational leaders.
- Reviewing processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Overseeing financial controls and supporting audit requirements.
- Ensuring reporting systems deliver consistent and reliable information.

What we’re looking for

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or related field.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Experience in a senior finance role, ideally involving project-based reporting.
- Strong skills in forecasting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Confident with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach.
